SEGT (Sales Executive General Trade):
Sales Executive General Trade is a position under Sales division where the main activities is to achieve distributor objectives by leading field sales team and distribution operation. You will review and execute the effectiveness of in-store action, area coverage, and coordination with distributor team. We are looking for those who have at least 1 year of working experience in the Sales field, preferably entry level specialized in Sales. We are also looking for those who are able to lead and have capacity to understand field sales function. The channel that will be covered: General trade, including Traditional market and wholesale.

SEMT (Sales Executive Modern Trade)
Sales Executive Modern Trade is a position under Sales division where the objective of this position is to lead , develop, and ensure the implementation of annual customer plan and sales operation plan, and territory distributor management for assigned customer to achieve sustainable sales growth objective. You are going to support RMTI to develop strategies and plans for the customer in line with business requirements and customers vision modern trade – key accounts. You will also execute development of customer relationship including joint business planning, Top and middle customer engagement. We are also looking for someone who is able to lead and have capacity to understand field sales function. The channel that will be covered: Modern trade.

SE-ATC
Sales Executive ATC is a position under Sales division where the main activities is to achieve activation/event and stock point outlets objectives by leading field sales team and distribution. You are going to lead, develop and manage the distributor team to support sales objective. You will also review and execute the effectiveness of event strategy, connection with targeted communities, and coordination with distributor team. We are looking for those who have at least 1 year of working experience in the Sales field, preferably entry level specialized in Sales. We are also looking for someone who is able to lead and have capacity to understand sales field function. The channel that will be covered: Horeca (Hotel, restaurant, café).
